Event Calendar Management
Using the calendar function, one or more community calendars can be maintained for meetings, trainings, conferences and community events. Multiple agencies can publish to private calendars or shared community calendars simultaneously. Attendance by staff, volunteers or guests can be tracked by type. Events can be defined as open to the general public or by invitation only, registrations can be required or optional, and registration can automatically be stopped once a maximum number of participants have registered.


Event Registration / Tracking
From any of the public calendars, attendees can register as a guest or member of the community for one or more of the published events that require registration. This allows event coordinators to obtain a list of registered participants to better plan for and track attendance. When registering, event details can be added to the attendee’s personal calendar so that reminders can be set for notification closer to the event.
